How do I check my rewards balance?
Start by looking up your rewards, then click "View My Benefits."
How do rewards work?
Silver Rewards members earn 2% back on qualifying Parts and Labor. Customers automatically move to Gold Rewards after spending $2,500 in a rolling 12-month period and earn 3% back. Customers automatically move to Platinum Rewards after spending $7,500 in a rolling 12-month period and earn 4% back.
How does the oil change reward work?
Purchase 5 qualifying oil changes and receive your 6th oil change complimentary, up to a $100 value.
How do referrals work?
Start by looking up your rewards, then click "View My Benefits". From there, you can send referral cards directly to friends and family. When a referred customer completes their first visit, you receive $25 in rewards and they receive $25 toward their visit.
Is there a limit to my rewards balance?
No. There is no limit to your rewards balance.
Do rewards expire?
Rewards expire only after 12 months of inactivity.
Can I transfer rewards?
Yes. You may transfer up to $50 in rewards to friends or family. Give us a call to transfer rewards.
Can rewards be combined with other offers?
Some offers may be combined while others may not. Please ask a service advisor for details.
